Hamilton Island Golf Club occupies Dent Island in Queensland's Whitsundays and is Australia's only 18-hole championship golf course situated on its own island. Five-time Open Championship winner Peter Thomson, working through Thomson Perrett, designed the par-71 layout, which measures 6,120 metres. Access to Dent Island is controlled through the golf operation rather than independent island visitation, and current round prices include return ferry transfers from Hamilton Island and use of a shared motorised two-seat buggy.

Current official pricing lists both nine- and eighteen-hole rounds.
