Ruins is INFINITUM's distinct nine-hole course at La Pineda on Spain's Costa Daurada. Greg Norman designed the par-34 layout, which measures 2,509 metres according to the resort's current official course page. The routing passes through an area containing Roman archaeological remains dating from the second century BC and uses existing carob and olive vegetation as part of its setting.
Ruins forms part of INFINITUM's larger 45-hole golf operation alongside the 18-hole Lakes and Hills courses. During works to the Hills Course in 2026, Ruins was temporarily combined with the available Hills nine to form an 18-hole playing option, but it remains a separate nine-hole layout and should not be merged permanently with Hills in the database. Advance reservation is required to access the golf facilities.
The course is a 9-hole resort golf course. It plays to par 34, 2,509m. The course was designed by Greg Norman. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Clubhouse, Practice facilities, Restaurant, Bistro, Terrace, Golf shop, Buggy hire.
Greg Norman's nine-hole routing works around the archaeological remains and established Mediterranean vegetation rather than treating the area as a conventional full-size 18-hole site.
During reconstruction work on the Hills Course in 2026, Ruins was temporarily used with the available nine holes of Hills as an 18-hole combined playing option.
Ruins remains a distinct nine-hole, par-34 component of INFINITUM's 45-hole golf facility.
