Kellogg Golf Course, formally the Howard D. Kellogg Golf Course, is an 18-hole public course operated by the Peoria Park District in Peoria, Illinois, opened in 1972. The layout was designed by Larry Packard and Roger Packard, with later work by Bob Lohmann, and today features bentgrass fairways and greens alongside redesigned bunkering. A companion 9-hole executive course sits on the same property, giving golfers a shorter, faster option alongside the full championship round.
The main course plays to a par of 72 across four tees, from 5,310 yards at the forward Red markers to 6,735 yards from the Blue tips (course rating 71.7, slope 129). The park district positions the 18-hole layout as best suited to low-to-medium handicap players, while steering beginners and those working on their game toward the executive 9.
