La Manga Club's West Course is an 18-hole, par-72 resort course in Murcia designed by Dave Thomas and added to the resort in 1996. It is distinct from La Manga's older North and South courses. The West Course's White tees measure 5,714 metres and carry a published course rating of 73.5 and slope of 140.
The official routing is divided between two contrasting sections: the first nine require accurate tee shots around pronounced ravines and elevation changes, while the second nine move into tighter terrain near the mountains. The course sits in pine-covered ground at the foot of the Calblanque Natural Park. La Manga Club originally opened with the North and South courses in the early 1970s before expanding its golf offering with Thomas's West Course.

It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Pro Shop, Driving Range, Practice Facilities, Restaurant, Bar, Accommodation.
La Manga Club began its golf operation in the early 1970s with the North and South courses designed by Robert Dean Putman. The resort later commissioned Dave Thomas to create a third and distinctly different layout.
Thomas used the steeper land and pine forest at the foot of Calblanque Natural Park. The opening nine is shaped by elevation changes and ravines, while the inward nine becomes narrower as the routing moves deeper into the mountain terrain.
The West Course opened in 1996, expanding La Manga Club from its original two-course golf complex to three full 18-hole layouts.
West remains one of La Manga Club's three separate courses, with its own scorecard and booking availability.
