Mandai Executive Golf Course is a public nine-hole, par-29 executive course beside Upper Seletar Reservoir in Singapore. The course opened in 1993 and contains seven par-3 holes and two par-4 holes. Mandai's official site describes it as suitable for beginners as well as golfers working on their short game.
The site is managed by Poh Bros Golf Management Pte Ltd and also includes a 40-bay driving range and a separate Chip & Putt practice facility. Current published golf rates are S$38 plus GST on weekdays and S$55 plus GST on weekends and public holidays, with trolley hire included. Tee times are released in advance through Mandai's own booking system.
The course is a 9-hole executive golf course. The course originally opened in 1993. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Chip & Putt, Putting Area, Trolley Hire, Club Hire.
Mandai was established in 1993 as a compact public golf facility beside Upper Seletar Reservoir. Its nine-hole routing was conceived as an executive course rather than a regulation championship layout, combining seven par-3 holes with two par 4s.
The facility is currently managed by Poh Bros Golf Management Pte Ltd. The operator has renovated the main building and maintained Mandai as a combined golf course, driving range and short-game venue.
Mandai remains open to public bookings in 2026, with weekday and weekend rates published directly by the operator. Its remaining lifespan is limited: the Singapore Government has confirmed that the tenancy ends on 31 December 2026 and the land will subsequently be used for a Ministry of Education Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre.
