Red Hawk Golf Club is an 18-hole public course in East Tawas, Michigan, designed by Arthur Hills with Chris Wilczynski working as a design associate. The course opened in 1999 on land that had previously been a hunting camp. It uses substantial natural elevation change, mature woodland and wetlands rather than relying heavily on constructed water hazards; the architect's project record notes approximately 120 feet of elevation change and only one water feature on the course.
The Black tees measure 6,515 yards, play to par 71 and are rated 71.6 with a slope of 138. Four principal tee colours extend down to 4,812 yards. Hills's routing includes several short strategic par fours, and the bunkers were deliberately angled to influence playing lines.

Red Hawk was developed on the wooded property of a former hunting camp and opened in 1999. Chris Wilczynski worked on the project as a design associate with Arthur Hills.
The routing follows the property's existing landforms and approximately 120 feet of elevation change. The architects used bold grass-faced bunkers positioned at strategic angles and included four short strategic par fours. Only one water feature was constructed, allowing terrain and woodland to provide much of the course's character.
The architect's project record cites national public-course recognition from Golf Digest and Golf Magazine during the years following the course's opening.
Red Hawk remains a public golf facility in East Tawas. The hilly terrain makes power carts mandatory.
