RiverTowne Country Club is an 18-hole semi-private golf course in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The course is an Arnold Palmer Signature design and opened in 2001. From the back tees it extends to approximately 7,200 yards, plays to par 72 and has a published slope of 141.
The routing is closely tied to the Lowcountry landscape: the club states that 13 holes run along the Wando River and Horlbeck Creek. Fairways move through marshland and established trees, while bunkering, water and multi-tiered greens provide the principal strategic challenges. Although RiverTowne has a membership program, public play is also accepted.

RiverTowne's tournament profile grew when the LPGA Tour brought the Ginn Tribute Hosted by Annika to the course in 2007 and again in 2008.

RiverTowne remains semi-private, combining membership with public tee-time access from its Mount Pleasant clubhouse.
