Rum River Hills Golf Club is an 18-hole public golf course in Ramsey, Minnesota. It was built in 1986 and designed by Minnesota architect Joel Goldstrand. The championship Black tees measure 6,294 yards and play to par 71, with a course rating of 71.3 and slope of 127.
The layout combines rolling terrain, undulating greens, conservative greenside bunkering and water influencing a number of fairways and greens. Four rated tee sets are published by the club: Black, Blue, White and Red. Rum River Hills has hosted several state and Minnesota PGA events, including the 1995 Minnesota PGA Senior Championship and state senior public-golf championships in 2005 and 2006.
The course is an 18-hole parkland golf course. It plays to par 71, 5,755m (6,294 yards). Designed by Joel Goldstrand, the course originally opened in 1986. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Practice Facilities, Pro Shop, Golf Instruction, Restaurant, Bar, Golf Cart Hire.

Goldstrand combined water-guarded greens and fairways with more traditional rolling terrain, restrained greenside bunkering and undulating putting surfaces, giving the layout several distinct types of golf hole rather than a single repeated style.
The course has been used for Minnesota PGA and state public-golf events, particularly senior championships and team competitions.
Rum River Hills remains a daily-fee public facility with season passes, patron cards, leagues, a full driving range, practice facilities, professional instruction and restaurant/bar service.
