Seaford Head Golf Course is an 18-hole public course on the chalk cliffs above Seaford in East Sussex. Golf was established on the site in 1887, initially on a shorter layout that was subsequently expanded to 18 holes. The current course is generally listed at 5,848 yards and par 71 from the principal white tees.
The club itself describes the terrain as an undulating downland/links-style course, with substantial elevation changes and views across Seaford Bay, the English Channel and the South Downs. The closing hole is particularly distinctive because the 18th tee stands roughly 300 feet above sea level and about 150 feet above the fairway. Current facilities include a professional shop, coaching, practice facilities, changing facilities and a clubhouse restaurant.

Golf at Seaford Head dates to 1887, when a 12-hole course was created on the headland above Seaford. The layout was enlarged to 18 holes in 1889, making it one of the older surviving golf sites on the Sussex coast.
The course and clubhouse passed into the control of Seaford Urban District Council in May 1928. The site itself also has a broader history beyond golf, including an ancient camp and wartime use. In the modern era a new clubhouse costing approximately £1.7 million was constructed, adding restaurant, changing and professional-shop facilities.
Seaford Head remains a public 18-hole course with online visitor booking. Its identity is closely tied to the exposed chalk headland, significant elevation changes and the closing descent from the high 18th tee.
