Poresia Golf and Country Club is the former name of what is now Senibong Golf Club in Johor. Poresia was established in 1990 as a large golf complex designed by Pete Dye, originally comprising four interchangeable nine-hole loops. The name combined elements of Singapore and Malaysia and reflected the property's cross-border location near the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link.
Walker Corporation acquired Poresia in 2018 and undertook an extensive reconfiguration and refurbishment. Rather than preserving the former 36-hole arrangement, the project produced a renovated 18-hole course retaining elements of Dye's original design. The club was renamed Senibong Golf Club in 2020.
The course is an 18-hole parkland golf course. It plays to par 72, 6,454m (7,058 yards). Designed by Pete Dye, the course originally opened in 1990. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Practice Green, Chipping Area, Pro Shop, Locker Room, Café, Swimming Pool, Gym, and 1 more.
Poresia Golf Club was established in 1990 as a cross-border-oriented golf development near Singapore. Pete Dye designed a championship complex consisting of four interchangeable nine-hole loops, allowing multiple 18-hole combinations.
The original Dye layout used four independent nines to create flexibility in course combinations. The current Senibong routing retains traits of the original design while using only part of the former golf footprint.
Walker Corporation acquired Poresia in 2018. An extensive redevelopment followed, reconfiguring and refurbishing the golf operation into an 18-hole course while other parts of the former property were repurposed. New Bermuda Tifdwarf greens were installed and the clubhouse was refurbished.
In 2020 the club was renamed Senibong Golf Club.
The active facility is Senibong Golf Club, an 18-hole course near the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link. Poresia no longer operates as a separate 36-hole club.
