The Cubs Course is a distinct short-course component of the golf facilities at Serengeti Estates in Gauteng. The estate specifically separates it from both the Jack Nicklaus Signature championship course and the 18-hole Whistling Thorn par-3 championship course, describing Cubs as the course for younger players. Serengeti's wider golf complex also contains the Shamrock nine-hole putting complex, driving range, golf academy and pro shop.
Because the operator's accessible current material does not publish a complete Cubs scorecard, hole count, individual distances, total length and formal par have not been inferred from older third-party listings. This record should remain independent of Whistling Thorn: although both are shorter alternatives to the main championship course, they are separate facilities and their statistics are not interchangeable.
