The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram is an 18-hole, par-71 coastal course designed by Greg Norman on natural sand dunes at Ho Tram in southern Vietnam. It opened in 2014 and stretches to approximately 7,007 yards from its longest published configuration. Norman's routing moves over and around substantial coastal dunes, with exposed wind a major strategic factor.
The design team followed Norman's stated least-disturbance approach, using existing landforms, vegetation and sandy terrain as the basis of the holes. The official course guide publishes multiple yardages for every hole and separate wet-season and dry-season stroke indexes, reflecting changing playing conditions through the year. The Bluffs has received international recognition including World's Best New Golf Course at the 2015 World Golf Awards and has appeared in Golf Digest's World 100 Greatest rankings.
The course is an 18-hole links golf course. It plays to par 71, 7,007 yards. Designed by Greg Norman, the course originally opened in 2014. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Clubhouse, Restaurant, Pro shop, Driving range, Practice facilities, Golf carts, Caddies, Function Room.
The course was developed on a rare coastal dune site at Ho Tram, giving Greg Norman's design team naturally sandy, strongly contoured terrain rather than a flat resort parcel.
Norman's stated least-disturbance philosophy shaped the routing. Existing dunes, vegetation, wind and natural elevation were incorporated into the golf rather than removed and rebuilt.
The course opened in 2014 and subsequently became part of the wider Grand Ho Tram resort development.
The Bluffs won international new-course awards soon after opening and later rose into Golf Digest's World 100 Greatest Courses ranking.
The course remains an 18-hole visitor-accessible resort layout and continues to stage tournaments and club events.
