The New Course at Trump International Golf Links Scotland is an 18-hole links layout at the Menie estate near Balmedie, adjoining the property's original course. It was formally opened on 29 July 2025. Official material gives a back-tee length of 7,589 yards and describes the project as building on the original links masterplan prepared by golf architect Martin Hawtree.
The detailed design process for the new layout was led by Eric Trump with golf architects, engineers, agronomists and environmental consultants, while Golflink Evolve worked on its delivery under Esie O'Mahoney and Jamie O'Reilly. The course is routed through the coastal dune system and contains very large natural sand features, including what the resort describes as the world's largest natural sand bunker. Together with the original course, it gives the property 36 holes.
