Wedgewood Golf Course, established in 1970, is a challenging par 72 layout that stretches 6,923 yards from the back tees, set amidst the scenic beauty of Joliet Park District. This course is distinguished by its large undulating greens, which are strategically protected by numerous bunkers, demanding precision and skill from players. Water hazards come into play on ten holes, adding an extra layer of complexity, while the ever-present winds test golfers' course management abilities.
With its combination of power challenges and finesse shots, Wedgewood provides a complete golfing experience that caters to a variety of skill levels. The well-maintained fairways and greens create an inviting atmosphere, making it a favorite among local golfers and visitors alike.
The course is an 18-hole golf course. On-site facilities include Family Membership, Restricted Membership.
