About Westchester Golf & Country Club

Westchester Golf & Country Club is a public 27-hole facility in Boynton Beach, Florida, designed by Karl Litten. The golf operation is divided into three nine-hole courses, which are paired into Red/Blue, Blue/Gold and Gold/Red 18-hole combinations. Because each combination has a different length and rating, there is no single meaningful 18-hole yardage for the entire club.

From the longest Gold tees, Red/Blue measures 6,772 yards at 72.3/143, Blue/Gold measures 6,735 yards at 72.2/142, and Gold/Red measures 6,657 yards at 71.7/140; all three combinations play to par 72. The club has been operating for more than three decades and identifies Karl Litten as the designer of all 27 holes. Facilities include a year-round grass driving range, golf instruction, golf shop, clubhouse, steakhouse, grill room, food truck, memberships and event spaces.

The course is a 27-hole golf course. Designed by Karl Litten, the course originally opened in 1989. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Grass Driving Range, Golf Lessons, Pro Shop, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Bar, Function Room.

Origins

Westchester was developed as a 27-hole public golf property in Boynton Beach. Karl Litten designed all three nine-hole courses, which opened around 1989.

Design Philosophy

The three nines were designed to be combined into different 18-hole configurations. That structure gives the club three distinct rated pairings rather than one fixed championship routing.

Today

Westchester continues as a public daily-fee facility with 27 holes, a grass driving range, dining, memberships, instruction and event facilities.
