Ebotse Links is an 18-hole, par-72 Peter Matkovich Signature design in Rynfield, Benoni. Ebotse is part of a residential golf and country estate but actively accepts visitor play, with separate visitor, member, senior, junior, student and group green-fee categories published for the 2026/27 season. Ebotse Links was created as the golf centrepiece of the Ebotse Golf & Country Estate in Benoni. Peter Matkovich was commissioned to produce a links-influenced course despite the inland Gauteng setting.
Matkovich's routing uses open links-style presentation and the estate's water features rather than attempting to reproduce a conventional tree-lined parkland course. Seven holes interact with water, and the club specifically identifies the layout as an inland links design built to high construction specifications.
The club currently states that Ebotse is ranked within South Africa's top 50 golf courses and identifies itself as the country's only inland links course.
Ebotse remains part of an active residential estate while accepting outside golfers. The golf facilities include an aqua driving range, pro shop, clubhouse restaurant and regular club competitions.
