Joondalup Country Club is a 27-hole golf facility at Connolly, north of Perth, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The golf is divided into three nine-hole courses named Lake, Dune and Quarry, which are combined in different pairings for 18-hole rounds. Because those combinations have their own dimensions, a single facility-wide par, yardage, rating or slope would be misleading and has not been assigned here.
Jones routed the three nines through markedly different terrain: the Quarry uses a disused limestone quarry, the Dune crosses hillier ground, and the Lake occupies gently undulating sandy terrain. The club identifies bushland, dunes and quarry as the three principal landscape types across the property. Joondalup's practice infrastructure includes a driving range, two large putting greens, a golf academy, instruction and club fitting.
The course is a 27-hole resort golf course. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Golf Academy, Golf Lessons, Club Fitting, Pro Shop, Restaurant, Bar, and 1 more.
Joondalup Country Club was developed at Connolly on a large property north of Perth. Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed the golf as three separate nine-hole loops rather than a single fixed 18-hole routing.
Jones used the property's changing geology to give each nine a separate identity. Quarry cuts through limestone excavations, Dune occupies hillier terrain, and Lake crosses gentler sandy ground. Bunkering, contoured greens and native vegetation are recurring elements across all three.
Joondalup has repeatedly appeared in Australian course rankings and is promoted by the club as one of the country's highly ranked resort courses.
The 27-hole facility supports both Country Club membership and public golf seven days a week, alongside Joondalup Resort's accommodation and dining operation.
