Old Bridge Golf Course - The Rose Lambertson

Old Bridge Golf Club at Rose & Lambertson — known as The Rose — is a public, par-71, 18-hole championship course in Matawan, New Jersey, designed by architect Stephen Kay and opened to the public in mid-October 2023. The layout is built around the conservation of freshwater wetlands, with numerous ponds constructed to support irrigation and water conservation, and is designed to be walker-friendly with unique green complexes. From the back Rose Pro tees the course plays 6,509 yards at a 71.1 rating and 126 slope for men; the Black, Blue, and White tees offer shorter, more forgiving options down to 5,045 yards from the White tees (64.3/109), with separate ladies' ratings available from the Black, Blue, and White markers.

The 6,000-square-foot clubhouse houses a pro shop, concession area, cart barn, and restrooms, with 110 parking spaces. Golfers practice on an illuminated 23-bay driving range (targets from 50–200 yards, plus shorter options under 100 yards, lit until 10pm), and electric carts come equipped with GPS screens and Bluetooth speakers. Alongside the golf course, the club also operates an illuminated 18-hole miniature golf course with water features and varying terrain.
