RACV Royal Pines Resort operates a 27-hole golf facility at Benowa on Queensland's Gold Coast. The golf complex consists of Blue, Green and Gold nine-hole courses, which can be paired into three different par-72 18-hole combinations. This means a single par-36 value is not an accurate representation of the complete facility.
The Green-Gold combination has been used for the Australian PGA Championship, and Graham Marsh carried out an extensive redesign of the championship layout completed in stages in 2014 and 2015. RACV currently offers public play on both nine-hole and 18-hole combinations, with separate member, visitor, junior and guest pricing. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green and chipping green, and the resort has a golf shop with club, cart and shoe hire.
The course is a 27-hole resort golf course. It is open to the public. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Putting Green, Chipping Green, Golf Shop, Golf Lessons, Restaurant, Accommodation, Suite, and 2 more.
The golf facility uses three separate nine-hole loops that can be paired into different 18-hole combinations rather than one fixed 18-hole course.
Graham Marsh undertook an extensive redesign of the championship layout, with work completed nine holes at a time and the full project in tournament use by 2015.
Royal Pines remains a 27-hole public-access resort facility with three par-72 combination layouts.
