Royal Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 golf course at 11455 20th Street North in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Its two nines have separate design authors: Annika Sorenstam created the Queen's Nine, her first United States course project, while Arnold Palmer designed the King's Nine, his final golf-course design. The current Royal tee measures 6,901 yards, with a published rating of 73.9 and slope of 130.
Five sets of tees provide substantial variation in length, down to a 3,907-yard Green configuration. The official club describes the course as having bent-grass fairways, broad landing areas and five teeing options. Royal is now presented as a private golf community with Full Golf, Intermediate, National, Social and Corporate membership categories.

It is a private members-only club. On-site facilities include Golf Lessons, Clubhouse, Event Facilities.
The Royal project created a new golf course as the centrepiece of a Lake Elmo residential golf community.
The course deliberately combines two design voices. Sorenstam authored the Queen's Nine and Palmer the King's Nine, with five tee positions and generous landing areas intended to accommodate a broad range of player abilities.
The completed 18-hole course entered play in 2018 and has subsequently developed into a membership-oriented private golf community.
Its architectural pairing is unusual because the two nines mark important milestones in each designer's career.
