About The Club at Sonterra North Course

The North Course is one of two 18-hole layouts at The Club at Sonterra, a private club at 901 West Sonterra Boulevard in north San Antonio, Texas. Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge designed it, and it was built in 1985, three decades after the club's older South Course. The club describes rolling hills across the property, 419 Bermuda fairways, Mini Verde greens and waterfalls among its features.

It plays to a par of 72 and is the longer and more demanding of Sonterra's two courses. From the Black tees it measures 7,070 yards, with a course rating of 74.7 and slope of 140, and five sets of tees bring it down to 4,897 yards from the forward Red markers. The par-72 routing has four par fives, including the 577-yard 15th, and the par-three 3rd and 10th are both under 175 yards from the back.

The course is an 18-hole parkland golf course. It plays to par 72, 7,070 yards, course rating 74.7 and slope rating 140. Designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert Von Hagge, the course originally opened in 1985. It is a private members' club. On-site facilities include Driving Range, Golf Shop, Restaurant, Bar.
