West Shore is one of Verdura Resort's full-length golf courses on Sicily's southwest coast. Designed by Kyle Phillips, it is an 18-hole, par-70 layout measuring 5,945 metres from the men's tees listed by the resort and 4,919 metres from the women's tees. Official information gives the men's yellow tees a course rating of 71.9 and slope of 125, while the women's red tees are rated 71.6 with a slope of 122.
The routing begins with three consecutive par fours and contains five par threes. Its front nine moves inland and uphill through the resort property before the second nine returns toward the Mediterranean coast. West Shore shares Verdura's golf infrastructure, including a driving range, chipping area, practice bunker, putting green, pro shop and golf instruction.

West Shore belongs to the golf complex created at Verdura Resort with courses designed by Kyle Phillips. The routing was conceived as part of a resort-wide golf property rather than as a stand-alone members' club.
The routing deliberately changes character during the round. The opening section works uphill through the estate, while the back nine returns toward the Mediterranean. Five par threes are incorporated into the par-70 routing, and the finishing section makes particularly strong use of the coastal setting.
Verdura is currently carrying out a turf enhancement programme on West Shore that includes introducing Bermuda grass. The resort says the change is intended to improve resilience and make water use more sustainable while the course remains open.
West Shore operates alongside Verdura's other full-length course and nine-hole Executive Course, supported by shared practice, academy and clubhouse facilities.
