Westbury Golf Club is a nine-hole pay-and-play parkland course at White Horse Country Park on Trowbridge Road in Westbury, Wiltshire. The club began in 1973 when employees associated with the Blue Circle cement works formed a committee to build a golf course on company-owned farmland. By 1975 the volunteers had developed plans for a regulation nine-hole layout, with drainage, irrigation and tree planting carried out progressively.
The course can be played as 18 holes using different tee positions on the second circuit. The active club website currently lists the White course at 5,649 yards for 18 holes, rated 67.7 with a slope of 119; Yellow measures 5,501 yards at 66.8/120 and Red 5,103 yards at 70.4/123. White Horse Country Park also operates a 12-bay floodlit driving range.

The story of Westbury Golf Club began in 1973 on farmland owned by Blue Circle Cement beside the company's sports and social facilities. The cement works manager supported adding golf as a welfare activity provided employees demonstrated enough interest and took responsibility for development. A volunteer committee formed and began learning course-building techniques, first constructing several practice holes.
By 1975 the volunteers had produced a proposed regulation nine-hole layout. Without a named professional architect, the team shaped the course to fit the available boundaries, installing drainage, irrigation and tree planting as work progressed. The result was a compact course where accuracy and club selection were important because of tight corridors and limited land.
By 1987 the course had developed sufficiently for Westbury to enter the Wessex League. Additional land became available around 1990, permitting lengthening and the addition of a water feature. White Horse Country Park acquired the land in 2009, with Westbury Golf Club continuing as tenant.
Additional teeing areas were created for the second nine so an 18-hole round could provide different perspectives. A floodlit 12-bay driving range was later added. Architect Adrian Stiff prepared plans for a possible 18-hole expansion, and the first three proposed new holes were grassed in 2020, but the active course remains nine holes.
Westbury remains a not-for-profit, member-run club operating on a pay-and-play basis. Public visitors can book nine or 18 holes, and the White Horse Country Park provides the associated driving range and clubhouse facilities.
