Mark Mungeam is a Massachusetts-based golf course architect who earned a civil and environmental engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1983. After working in golf course construction and maintenance up and down the East Coast, he joined Geoffrey Cornish and Brian Silva’s design firm in 1987 and became a principal in Cornish, Silva & Mungeam in 1995.

He was elected president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects in 2025.
