Abergele Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course at Tan-y-Gopa in Abergele, Conwy. Although the club itself dates to 1910, the present course occupies a later site adjoining the historic Gwrych Castle estate. The club purchased more than 90 acres in Gwrych Park in 1967, established the new course there in 1968 and formally opened it on 3 May 1969.
The current championship configuration is par 72 from the blue tees and measures 6,547 yards, with a published course rating of 71.8 and slope of 127. Other rated tees provide shorter options. The routing is parkland rather than links, with mature vegetation and views toward the North Wales coast and Gwrych Castle.

Abergele Golf Club was formed in 1910. Its original facilities were elsewhere in Abergele, with a pavilion opened near Gwrych Castle in 1912.
The decisive change came in the 1960s. In March 1967 the club formed a limited company and purchased more than 90 acres of parkland in Gwrych Park. The course was established on that property in 1968 and the new course formally opened on 3 May 1969.
Further land was acquired in the 1980s, while clubhouse and practice facilities were subsequently expanded.
The club has staged Welsh championship events, including the Welsh Boys Championship.
Abergele operates from the Gwrych Park site as an 18-hole visitor-accessible parkland club with rated blue, white, yellow and red tees.
