Axedale Golf Club is located in Victoria, Australia, along the banks of the Campaspe River in the township of Axedale, approximately 15km east of Bendigo. The course features 18 holes with grass greens and is known for its challenging layout, requiring accuracy off the tee. The club was established in 1937 and has a history of overcoming challenges, including flooding from the river.
It has a membership of more than 450 players. The course includes several notable holes, including two par fives along the river and a unique 15th hole with a sunken green. A computerized irrigation system ensures optimal playing conditions year-round.
