About Bruntsfield Links

Bruntsfield Links is located in Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh, Scotland. The course has a par of 71 and was founded in 1761, making it the fourth oldest golf club in the world. It features a mature parkland style layout originally designed by Willie Park Jnr, with later modifications by architects Dr Alister MacKenzie, James Braid, and Fred Hawtree.

In 2018, the course underwent a major redevelopment by Tom MacKenzie of MacKenzie Ebert, which included a complete review of all the bunkering, the remodelling of seven holes, and the introduction of three new holes. The course was selected as a Qualifying Venue for the Open Championship by the R&A from 2011 to 2015.

On-site facilities include Pro Shop.
