Emirates Golf Club's Academy Course is a separate nine-hole par-3 course in Dubai intended for short-game practice, beginners and experienced golfers seeking a shorter round. The club uses six progressive tee positions on each hole, allowing distances and difficulty to be adjusted for different players. Each green also has two hole locations, including an enlarged 15-inch cup intended to make the course more accessible for developing golfers.
The Academy Course is part of Emirates Golf Club but must remain distinct from the Majlis and Faldo championship courses, whose lengths, architects and tournament histories do not apply here. Dubai Golf provides online tee-time booking for the Academy Course.
