Nexus Golf Resort Karambunai is an 18-hole, par-72 resort course north of Kota Kinabalu in Sabah. The course was designed by American architect Ronald Fream and established in 1996. It forms part of Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai and occupies ground between tropical forest and the South China Sea.

Fream used the varied coastal site to move golf through a combination of tropical vegetation, waterways, small lakes and undulating ground. Tourism Malaysia notes that the design provides multiple playing options rather than requiring the same line from golfers of every ability.
The course became a central sporting amenity of Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai, supported by a dedicated clubhouse and practice facilities.
