The Norman Course is one half of the 36-hole Legend Da Nang Golf Resort and must be kept separate from the property's Nicklaus Course. Greg Norman designed the course on approximately 150 hectares of coastal terrain. The resort describes it as a traditional links-style layout with low-lying natural ground, broad fairways, large bunkers and native vegetation.
Its current official overview gives a total length of 7,160 yards. The resort's other 18 holes were designed by Jack Nicklaus and play as a different course, so Nicklaus Course par, length and scorecard data should not be applied here. Legend Da Nang identifies itself as the first 36-hole golf complex in Da Nang.

Legend Da Nang developed into a 36-hole complex by pairing Greg Norman's coastal course with a separate Jack Nicklaus-designed course. The resort allocates approximately 150 hectares to the Norman Course and 200 hectares to the Nicklaus Course.
The Norman Course remains one of two independently marketed 18-hole layouts at Legend Da Nang Golf Resort.
