Millennium is an 18-hole, par-72 course in Vilamoura designed by Martin Hawtree and inaugurated in 2000. Its published length is 6,157 metres. The course was assembled by combining a renovated nine from the former Laguna configuration with a newly constructed nine, giving the layout two sections with somewhat different character.
Hawtree's work included reshaping bunkers and enlarging greens on the older nine. Water is particularly relevant around holes 8 and 9. Millennium shares clubhouse and practice facilities with Laguna and is now operated under the Vilamoura Golf identity.
